Take a trip across the tidal causeway to Holy Island (Lindisfarne) or a boat trip from Seahouses to the Farne Islands with their amazing bird life. The lovely seaside villages of Craster, Alnmouth, Warkworth and Beadnell are nearby. Travelling inland, the Cheviot Hills are within easy reach. Alnwick and Berwick are a short drive away and provide a wider range of shopping and dining opportunities.
