Comfy bed, great shower with luxurious toiletries. Lovely kitchen and welcome gifts. Leather settee a little hard, settee in window quite low. Last 4 stairs twist round, are deeper than normal stairs and have no handrail. Great TVs and wifi. Plenty of outside seating. Parking tight for a large vehicle, you need to reverse in from start of lane. First 3 steps down into garden have no handrail. Next 6 steps are steep but have a good handrail. Great area, good homemade food at The Bulls Head, Milnthorpe and plenty of take aways.

Ideal for couple or a small family. We had one small problem to which the owner responded very quickly and sorted it out. Overall very good and to be recommended. Dog friendly too with hose for washing down provided. Location is great for dog walking on the beach across the road and for the spectacular view. One niggle is that the parking could be significantly improved by removing the drying pole which prevents turning and necessitates reversing out of the otherwise generous space.

Property is equipped with all necessities and everything worked properly. Amazing views from estuary facing rooms. Great location for exploring Lakes and more.
