About this Georgian Townhouse

A beautiful 4 storey Georgian Townhouse set within the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool city centre.  This fabulous home sleeps from 4 to 24 and is ideal for large groups visiting Liverpool.  Stag and Hen groups are welcome, and the property is just a 10 minute walk (0.6 miles) from Concert Square which is the heart of Liverpool nightlife.  The famous Liverpool waterfront with the Albert Dock and adjacent Liverpool 1 Shopping Mall is also within easy walking distance. 

Please note that this house is in a quiet residential area and is not a party venue however it is a perfect base for your visit to Liverpool. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially of an evening and no partying or loud music to be played in or outside the property after 9pm.  Unauthorized guests including adult entertainers are not permitted at the property.

The  house has a large kitchen with all essential appliances. 

There is a generously sized lounge with a TV and a WiFi docking station from which you can play your music. 

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The bedrooms are spacious and bright, and the beds are ‘Hilton’ standard with fine Egyptian cotton bedding.  Our guests often comment on the comfort of the beds.

There are 2 family bathrooms and 3 shower rooms as well as a ground floor WC.

Outside

There is also a lovely south facing rear garden to relax in.

Around and About

Once you step outside the house you find cobbled streets and stunning architecture all around.  Popular as a location for TV and movie makers, The Georgian Quarter is also home to Liverpool’s two Catherdrals.  They are linked by the aptly named Hope Street which offers an array of traditional pubs, contemporary brasseries and fine dining restaurants.
