  Kylemore Railway Cottage was perfect.

  We were 6 adults and the cottage was spacious and very comfortable for all of us. The cottage was impeccably clean and everything was of a very high quality spec. The beds were so comfortable that I'm now going to change my mattress at home for the same used in the cottage. Set in a quiet, rural area, next to a working railway line. The passing trains were swift and unobtrusive. We spent Christmas 2023 there and the owner had decorated the living areas beautifully with fairy lights, a real Christmas tree and lots of other decorations. Having a log fire in the dining room made it all the more special. We will definitely recommend this property and will stay there again in the future. Yvette and George were very helpful and friendly. All in all, a wonderful family Christmas (with 3 generations) was had by all. Thank you.

  The Dairy was stunningly beautiful. The accommodation was bespoke and everything was of the very highest quality.We wanted for nothing. Absolutely everything was provided for any possibility. All the rooms, bedrooms and living areas were warm and cosy and the two kitchens fully equipped with high spec modern facilities.The atmosphere was luxurious and very relaxed. We were provided with the most amazing hamper - again wanting for nothing - and also the most delicious hand made cake and cookies. The accommodation was spacious and homely. The two log burning fires adding to the comfortable atmosphere. We booked The Dairy for our wedding weekend and it was a magical, perfect setting. We didn't want to leave. Thank you so much.

  I booked the Dairy at Burghley for my wife's surprise 60th Birthday celebrations and it was above and beyond our expectations ! The photograph's of the property do not do it justice. The interior has been finished to such a high level and easily coped with our party of 16 + 1 . Access to the Burghley Estate via the private entrance at the Lion Bridge was appreciated by all and the beautiful town of Stamford is only a 1 mile walk through the park. A fantastic weekend we will all remember for a long time !!! A special thank you to Ellen for answering all my questions and allowing me to arrive in a hired Campervan just to throw my lovely wife off the scent.

  We had the most amazing time at the Dairy at Burghley. The accommodation was absolutely stunning and finished to a very high standard. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the White Company toiletries were a lovely touch. The living accommodation is very very spacious. We were a group of 20 and we were blown away by the kitchen facilities - we never ran out of plates, bowls, glasses or cutlery. Having 3 dishwashers is also an amazing advantage. There were some lovely touches like the welcome pack including wine, bread, tea and coffee and 2 delicious home made cakes. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.

  We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and well equipped house The trains were entertaining by day but did usually wake us early - so it’s important to be aware of that before booking However it did not spoil our stay in the least The house is bright, airy and spacious Comfortable sofas and beds The house was warm and the showers lovely The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and equipment The area is lovely for walks with pubs and shops nearby The garden is secure and a lovely size with plenty of seating We were fortunate that the field of rape next to the house was in full bloom and looked absolutely stunning
