We had two cars and had to park one of them off site. The electric gates open across where you can park one car and they take an age to close before you can park up. House would benefit from some tlc - new linen, lounge curtains. The chair in the lounge window needs throwing away. About a 15 minute walk into Ludlow.

It was very clean and comfortable, a nice size kitchen and the beds were comfortable. The house in general is in need of a little TLC as there are a few things that need fixing and the garden needs to be maintained. But we had everything we needed for our stay. The parking was a bit tricky and I have a smallish car. But it wasn't too bad. We really enjoyed our stay though and would recommend this house.

Several lamps were missing in both the bathroom and the en-suite, which made it particularly difficult for the men to shave as they were directly over the mirror. The lounge was very comfortable and inviting and the large kitchen diner was useful and well equipped. Found the heating difficult to control. A general check on the maintenance would benefit this property as a door to the closet on the landing was off it’s runner, and the wardrobe door in the main bedroom did not close. Other than these minor niggles the house was perfect for our stay, the main problem being the standard of the beds, as was mentioned throughout the visitors book.
