Freshwater is three miles away from Yarmouth, known for its maritime story and its ferry port and marina. Freshwater is just over half an hour s drive from Newport the busiest town on the island. It s the perfect base from which to explore the Needles Landmark Attraction, Tennyson Down, Colwell Bay, Compton Beach and the wild Military Road via the Coast Path. If you love outdoor pursuits Freshwater is close to a number of activity venues including Adventure Activities in Yarmouth who provide opportunities to experience kayaking, coasteering, cliff jumping, archery and more. The cottage has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to enhance the restful experience that awaits. On arrival you will encounter a charming lounge, home to comfortable seating that centres around a feature fireplace, TV/DVD and games console.
