The U shaped kitchen on the right side provides a warm and inviting space for preparing delicious meals. The dining area features a large wooden table and chairs, creating a perfect setting for family meals. The cosy seating area includes two plush four seater sofas and a coffee table, offering a comfortable space to unwind. A corridor separates the open plan area from the bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring privacy and tranquillity. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king sized bed with bedside shelves, a large mirrored wardrobe with sliding doors, and a charming daybed with direct access to the eastern side of the building. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and an en suite shower room. The third bedroom is spacious, with a king sized bed and a mirrored wardrobe with sliding doors. The fourth bedroom is versatile, offering twin single beds with a bedside table and a mirrored wardrobe. The apartment also includes two family bathrooms. One expansive bathroom features a sizeable P shaped bath with an overhead shower and a WC, while the second bathroom offers a full size bath with an overhead shower and WC. Both WCs have an integral toddler training seat. Step outside through French doors to a serene private terrace surrounded by fragrant rose bushes. This idyllic space provides a tranquil haven for relaxation and al fresco dining, complete with a large table and chairs. CCTV cameras installed in and around the pool house and at the front of the main buiding for safety and security purposes. The footage is kept for up to 6 months and then deleted if not needed. A private chef can be provided by prior arrangement if a celebratory meal calls for something special (at a separate cost, arranged directly with the owner). Fire pit for family campfires on those long summer nights. Laundry room (Coin operated machines). Travel cots & high chairs are available upon request.
