Alternatively, and just a short drive away, Bodmin Moor, the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor National Park are waiting to be explored. If you enjoy the sea, head north and visit Bude, the quaint fishing village of Clovelly and spectacular Hartland Point. Head south and explore an array of scenic coves and picturesque fishing villages, such as Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro on the Cornish side and the beautiful South Hams in Devon. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the picturesque cathedral cites of Exeter and Truro, The Eden Project, Tamar Otter Park and the Camel Trail. On entering this delightful property which was built in 2017, you are greeted by the fabulous open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, boasting beautiful high ceilings making the room feel light and airy throughout. Heading outside there is a seating area with garden furniture and inbuilt BBQ, a great space for outside dining. You can also enjoy lazing in the bubbly hot tub. There is also a shared, half acre enclosed paddock, which is perfect for exercising dogs. There is parking for one car next to the property. Need to know: 1 bedroom super king size bed with single bed 3"and additional 2"6 pull out bed. 1 en suite shower room. Please note, security cameras are situated externally in the parking area of this property. Privacy is assured in all other areas, including internally and around the hot tub. In no way do the owners want to intrude upon your stay, the cameras are purely a safety precaution to monitor entry and exit of the parking area when the property is vacant and provide secure parking for your vehicle..
