The coastal village of Polruan is a short drive away, with a passenger ferry linking the two. Slightly further afield, days out include trips to Looe (11 miles) and Polperro (7 miles) to the east, and Mevagissey (22 miles) to the west. Pretty Lostwithiel (9 miles) is also well worth a visit, where you ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to boutique shops and antiques emporiums. Walkers will be in their element due to direct access onto a public footpath and the South West Coast Path nearby. Other attractions accessible from here include the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown, and numerous National Trust properties, all within 22 miles.
