Within a few minutes' walk down the cobbled street, you will reach the quaint shops, cafes, and restaurants in Fowey. Why not take a leisurely stroll down to Mardy Bakery in the morning to grab a delicious coffee and some baked goods to start your day off right! Number Forty is situated just a 15-minute walk away from Fowey's sheltered, sandy beach, Readymoney Cove. Alternatively, you can drive 4 miles to reach the secluded Polridmouth Cove, although you can also get there by taking the 2.5-mile walk along the South West Coast Path. For a peaceful visit to a quaint village and clear waters, you can drive to Polkerris Beach, which is less than a 10-minute drive away and sheltered by cliffs and woodland.

Please note that the house is built on a hill and there are narrow steps at the front of the property.

There is no parking at the property however the Main Car Park is located a five-minute walk away along a footpath. The full address is Main Car Park, Hanson Drive, Fowey. PL23 1ET.

Number Forty is set on a hillside so please note that travelling on foot from the property to either car park will involve walking up a steep hill.
