North of the town is Bodmin Moor with fantastic walks and views over old mining engine houses that symbolise Cornwall s proud past. To the south is the coast, with the villages of Looe and Polperro remaining popular with the seasonal tourists. Many sheltered coves and harbours can be found here and are popular for both bathing and fishing. Attractions include The Adrenalin Quarry, Kart World, Siblyback Segway adventure, the Monkey Sanctuary and for the cyclist, Cardinham woods, not forgetting the Looe Valley branch line. Upon arrival, enter the cottage which is attached to the owners' property, and step into the lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed beams. The kitchen, perfect for that chef in your party to indulge after gaining some culinary inspiration from the local fishing and farming cuisine that is on offer. The kitchen area comprises of electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area with wood burner and Smart TV is a great area to gather for that pre meal chitchat or to kick back and relax whilst enjoying your favourite movie at the end of the day. Just off from the lounge, the stairs lead to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom. A king size with Velux windows and TV and a twin room again with Velux windows. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC is located next the bedrooms. Heading outside, this property benefits from a private enclosed garden that is mainly laid to lawn with furniture. Located just yards away is the shared indoor heated swimming pool (shared with one other property), why not take time out for a leisurely swim and afterwards enjoy the relaxation of the hot tub that is located next to the pool deck and comes with shower facilities, WC and a changing room. Located just next to the pool is the paddock, again shared with one other property and a fantastic space for fun and games or to relax in the evenings and take in the far reaching countryside views.
