The unpretentious kitchen is compact but fully functional with everything you could need for a short break, while the dining table is where everyone can gather to share their holiday experiences so far. Upstairs there is a double and twin bedroom, served by a shower room. Outside is a lawned garden where you can relax amidst the idyllic surroundings with a refreshing beverage in hand. 4 Rose Cottage is placed in an idyllic part of South Cornwall, promising a holiday of adventure and rejuvenation, any time of year. Polperro is a large village resting on the south coast of Cornwall; a prosperous tourist area offering plenty of adventure throughout the year. Within the village there are a number of amenities, including shops, eateries and places to drink, alongside a heritage museum, moden village, art studio and a scatter of historical landmarks, and most importantly, the golden sandy beach.

The cottage is beautiful and we absolutely loved the personal touches showing the propertyâs history (ie paintings). The beds were very comfy and the facilities were fantastic. We appreciated the little things which you donât usually receive. The only very small downsides were that the kettle does leak so may need a new one and there were quite a few cobwebs. Other than that it was perfect and we would definitely love to come back! Thank you !

We really enjoyed our holiday there. The roads into the cottage for approx 2 miles are very narrow so ttake care when driving in. There are sea view footpaths to various places which are lovely but very tasking, especially the one to Polperro but with good shoes, legs, heart, a few breaks and plenty of water they are very rewarding. There is a lovely cove approx 15minutes walk downhill from the cottage (uphill back), its rocky in the sea so probably not safe to swim in but lovely to see. A bus service morning & teatime 481/482 which changes in school hols & on a Wednesday too, is a good friendly service that stops outside the Church practically facing the cottage and goes to Polruan where you can catch the ferry to Fowey (both lovely places) and to Polperro and Looe the other way (again both lovely, especially Polperro). You can also catch boats from most ports, there's info at Polperro port. We intend to return to 4 Rose Cottage in the future :-)

We stayed here before and will hopefully stay again. Everything was clean and very cosy. Very impressed with the shower. Good to be able to enter the cottage at the earlier time of 4pm.
