Beds: 2 x king, 1 x double, 1 x twin.
Rooms: Kitchen/dining room, Living room, 4 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms (including 2 en-suite shower rooms).
Kitchen & utilities: Electric hob and double oven, built-in microwave, washing machine, fridge and fridge/freezer.
Entertainment: Smart TV.
For families: Travel cot and highchair provided. – Please bring your own cot linen. Stairgate at ground floor level.
Outside: Covered sun terrace to the front of the house with additional deck and seating at a lower level with superb views of the river.
Parking: Unloading can be done close by. Plenty of long-stay parking available in the Millpool Car Park 15 mins walk away. Please see Looe Parking for up to date charges.
General: No smoking. WiFi provided. Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Gas central heating. Woodburner in living room.
Pets: No pets are accepted.
Accessibility: This property is situated on a road that is steep and narrow in places - max 6' - so some drivers will find it challenging. If necessary then we would advise pulling up in the main street and unloading from there and then walking to the house.

Excellent place to stay as central in Looe

Website offered assistance with luggage but we were told that none was available (we subsequently found that there was someone in Looe operating a luggage collection and delivery service. The road from the village to the property was VERY steep and there was then a very steep flight of steps from the road to the property. Also the handrail at the steps stopped two steps from the top - not too much of a problem going up unless you were infirm but quite dangerous coming down if you were to trip at the top. the cleanliness of parts of the property was not good e.g. (a) the kitchen table had remnants of tomato sauce and crumbs. (b) the table mats were dirty - crumbs, stains etc (c) there were sweets on the floor under the furniture in the lounge (d) the shower in the top bedroom overflowed on first use and examination of the drainplug cover showed it was blocked with thick black hair (e) the three terraced patio areas were quite neglected with weeds and grass growing through. (f) The patio chairs and tables were covered in old leaves and green algae/mould (g) the cushions for the patio chairs were just lying scattered on the ground with some being quite dirty - luckily the weather was dry so the cushions were not wet ((h) we had no hot water (other than via the kettle) for the last evening and morning of departure. On the plus side - the property was comfortable and had lovely views of the river and millpool area.
