The dining area boasts exposed stone walls, adding to the rustic feel of the property and certainly adding character; prepare all of your family-favourite meals in the well-equipped kitchen to be enjoyed at the dining table together to re-energise ahead of your exploration of Cornwall. On the first floor you will find two bright and airy bedrooms, home to both a twin and a bunk room, this layout is perfect for the little ones of the group or families to rest, whilst the second floor holds a double room with its own en-suite shower room, perfect for a couple to catch up on their sleep whilst stargazing out of the wondrous skylight windows. The west-facing patio is an ideal place to take in the stunning view and watch the buzzards soaring over the valley as you sip your morning coffee, with jays, magpies, red kites and red squirrels being occasional visitors. Positioned within a holiday park, the property benefits from being surrounded by an abundance of wonderful facilities, with a shop and bar serving good food, as well as an indoor pool, leisure facilities, and a hot tub, the local area provides hours of fun for all ages. When you feel like venturing out further afield, the nearby town of Penzance proves a firm favourite with tourists, offering you harbour-front restaurants, galleries and museums, and historical wonders, it’s well worth a trip, whether by car or even foot to explore its most scenic spots up close. A car journey can bring you to St. Ives, with its famous Tate museum and plenty of culture, it’s certainly a day out to remember. Gulval is a village resting between Penzance and St. Ives in Cornwall. The village hosts an array of historical features, including a 12th century church, a 1910 granite drinking fountain and a scatter of Victorian houses. You will also find various eateries and shops to explore, as well as the Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens making a wonderful trip. Take a trip into Penzance to explore its wildlife and abundance of tourist attractions, or head to St Ives for a trip full of culture.

The property is 2 miles from a sandy beach and 1.5 miles from the sea.

The facilities are open between mid-February and September.

    We had a lovel stay enjoyed every minute the only thing that let it down was the washing machine which has been broken for a while we were told and it was quite a walk to use laundry on site and 7 pound a wash but other than that it was a good holiday

    I did advise a couple of problems we has No hot water we had to boil a kettle The shower in the en-suite leaked and water ran down the wall of the twin bedroom This made it difficult as all 5 of us had to use the shower on the second floor
