Rooms: Lounge/diner/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Kitchenette and utilities: Double induction hob, counter-top oven, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and icebox, kettle and toaster.
Entertainment: TV in living space.
For couples: Property unsuitable for children or those with mobility issues due to narrow steps.
Outside: Small table and two chairs, charcoal BBQ, set in shared garden with far-reaching views.
Parking: Parking for one car next to annexe.
General: Free WiFi provided. Electric heating throughout. Bed linen and towels provided.
Pets: 2 dogs allowed at £25 per pet per week.
Accessibility: Annexe is accessed via the front door. Access throughout the property is via narrow flights of stairs.

Important notes: No smoking. The property is reachable by a narrow country lane and has a unique offering in it’s rural location.

Lovely cottage semi detached to the main farm house, very kind hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The site itself is very quiet lovely location with livestock and lambs this time of year! Cottage was clean and cosy, cooking appliances were great for use and easy to operate. Can’t fault the stay we stayed for 5 nights to visit the south coast of Cornwall. Highly recommend this little cottage if you’re wanting to visit small local towns like Polperro and looe. There’s plenty to do and loads of recommendations in the hosts book for places to go and things to do! NOTE: if you own a lowered car or have a vehicle which is quite low to the ground I wouldn’t recommend the access road to the cottage to be suitable , however this can be discussed with the hosts and would probably not be an issue for most cars/ all standard cars.
