Accommodation was extremely clean and all necessary facilities provided, many of which are not always found in other places we’ve stayed. Milk and biscuits much appreciated. Nice open plan layout on a single level. Very comfortable and welcoming. Despite not yet having a recognised postcode it was easy enough to find. This is on a new development and there was construction work going on but it didn’t unduly disturb us. Would definitely be happy to stay again.

There was nothing that had been overlooked. The apartment is on a new estate and is very quiet. St. Austell town centre although small is very clean and is only a 5 minute drive away. The beds were a little uncomfortable but not tremendously so and although we were led to believe there was a pool table in the games room it turned out to be a toy pool table located in the downstairs garage. All in all we enjoyed our 2 week stay and we would definitely return.

Lots of thoughtful touches (alarm clock, bathroom products, welcome pack)from the host. Accurate directions (given the street is not on maps yet) and easy parking was a real bonus.
