The holiday cottage has been renovated, is very well presented and offers all home comforts. There are open aspects to the rear and walks can be enjoyed down to the River Arrow, and along local footpaths. Swimming and cycling routes available nearby. Travel further afield to Stratford, Warwick, Solihull, N.E.C., Cadbury World, Black Country Museum, the Cotswolds, all within 30 minutes’ drive. Shops 250 yards, several pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

"A very quaint peaceful place to stay. Quite a small place but the location makes up for it. The owners and their family were very helpful and accommodating in our requests to use outdoor furniture and equipment. The cottage badly needs to be connected to wifi and a house phone would have been useful as mobile phone use was very intermittent due to lack of coverage.My stay was for four weeks and we found the second bedroom extremely small given that it was supposed to be a “double” room. All beds could probably do with new mattresses they were all uncomfortable. The rest of the amenities and equipment were more than adequate. We enjoyed our stay but we’re glad to get back to comfy beds."

"We stayed here as our first family holiday as a 4 and we loved it. Our sons (age 9 months and 10years) loved the garden outside and we spent hours watching the rabbits. It is a perfect location for all the local amenities and amazing days out for all the family. A lovely cottage with fantastic hosts who really have a gem of a place-highly recommended and we will visit again when we are in the local area. Thank you"

"We had a lovely peaceful week in S15901 which offered a clean and comfortable stay. Everything was of good quality in terms of furniture, fixtures and fittings. My only comment would be that some cleaning products and more bin liners could have been provided so we could keep the cottage clean and hygienic during the week. Also a washing up bowl and sink drainer for washing up when using the dishwasher is overkill!Located conveniently away but within easy reach of the village which offers supermarkets, pubs and take aways. Several National Trust properties are within easy driving distance, in addition to Stratford itself.Owners of S15901 were very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay in this area."

"My husband and I stayed for a week in July. The cottage is very clean with very comfortable beds and furniture. Easy walking distance to pubs and shops in Studley combined with a lovely quiet private rural setting, nestled in fields. The hosts were most welcoming. The only slight downfall was no internet provision. Would highly recommend this cottage and the Nepalese restaurant just 5 minutes walk away."

"The cottage was close to all basic amenities. A good Carvery pub 5 minutes away. It is important to have a car in order to access all popular towns e.g Straford-Upon-Avon, Warrick & Birmingham. Closest rail station in Redditch town. Worth visiting Great Malvern and the Hills for a 4 ish hour treck. Landlords were very discreet and pleasant. Kitchen very well equipped for self catering. All utensils available. Second bedroom has twin bedrooms and tricky if you are two couples. More appropriate for children. We had a lovely time!"

"A lovely, cosy cottage. The enormous garden was perfect for our children (think playing field size). The village has a good selection of shops and resteraunts. There's lots to do in the area within a thirty minutes drive. We will definitely stay there again."

"We found the lounge and hallway dark and dingy. The cleanliness could be much better, inside and outside. The freezer compartment in the fridge didn't freeze. The TV is only a 20" model which by todays standard, is not acceptable. It is located in a recess beside the fireplace on a shelf about 45 cms off the floor and was very difficult to watch from the location's of the sofas. The whole layout of the lounge in relationship to the T.V just does not work. We found the bed uncomfortable and the duvet and pillows were of a very poor quality. In the bath room the cabinet was too small and there is a need for some shelving too. In the shower cubical the sealant is black (either dirty and mouldy) as is some of the grouting. Studley is a great place to stay being close to many attractions but we will not stay at S15901tage again. In our view the cottage is no way a 4 star property."

The family who owned the cottage were very welcoming and extremely nice but didn't bother us at all.There were plenty of up to date leaflets in the cottage. Altogether it was a lovely place in a very tranquil spot and we had a great week."

"Booked this cottage for half term break with our two kids, age 2 and 4. Both they and us really enjoyed it. Set back from main drag so nice and peaceful with access to field behind. The space worked well for us, although guess twin room may feel a bit rammed if got two adults in it. But what does it matter really, you just crash in there after day out in Warwick/Coventry/Leamington Spa, etc, which it is ideally situated for"

"A peaceful location that felt in the middle of nowhere but was within half hours drive of some of the top attractions in the midlands. Great for children, the garden is a great big field that they can let off steam while you have a peaceful cuppa.Close to the cottage there are a couple of small supermarkets making it really easy to pick up bits and pieces as you go along.In Studley there are many places to eat but we chose the Jubilee Inn as it was the most family friendly place, and within walking distance.Pat is really welcoming, the cottage is a lovely place to stay. The 2nd room is snug but no problem for children (ours are 12 and 8).There is really poor mobile signal, which wasn't an issue for us as we wanted a holiday and to escape it all. Also the entrance to Priory Farm is just off the roundabout so be careful, if you have Aldi on your right turn around and come back to turn left just before the roundabout.Loads of tourist information and local menus are available in the cottage as well as recycling baskets. We're now looking at dates to rebook for 2015"
