Tastefully converted from former farm outbuildings, The Byre now offers spacious and well-equipped accommodation for two guests with an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with bathroom on the ground floor and a bedroom suite on the first floor. Full height windows ensure the space is flooded with natural light.
In a rural location between the villages of Weston Subedge and Bretforton, The Byre is reached via a private lane which leads to Saintbury Grounds Farm and therefore enjoys peace, country views and direct access to some great walking routes.
Just over a mile away Weston Subedge has the well-known The Seagrave Arms where a very warm welcome and some great British food awaits and just two miles in the other direction, Bretforton Community shop offers some fine local produce for your holiday larder.
Additional Information
The property can be booked together with The Dairy to accommodate four guests, with The Hayloft to accommodate six guests or with both The Dairy and The Hayloft to accommodate eight guests, known as Saintbury Grounds.
There is an access door from the bedroom on the Byre which leads to an entrance lobby for The Hayloft (which remains locked when properties are not booked together).

WiFi is available: guests will be advised details on arrival but please note that this property is in a rural area and speeds are currently restricted so not suitable for gaming or live streaming.
The Byre enjoys shared use of a washing machine and tumble dryer with The Dairy.
There is a garden pond within the grounds but this is sited well away from the holiday lets near the main farmhouse.Ground Floor:
