Bathroom: With freestanding bath, shower cubicle and toilet. .  Gas central heating (underfloor except bedrooms), gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Initial fuel for wood burner included.  Travel cot and highchair available on request.  Welcome pack and doggy extras.  Enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture and BBQ.  Bike store.  Electric vehicle charging point, at cost (payable directly to the owner).  Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking.  No smoking. .  The owners offer their guests a free daily session with their dog at Hunsdale Fields.  Both 3-acre and 5-acre fields are fully enclosed, where each customer has the exclusive use to let their dog exercise off the lead, without the distractions of other dogs or their owners.
