Excellent in every sense. 3 generation family get together from 6 to 66. Everyone was catered for. All facilities and resources were of a very high standard from the beds, bedding and pillows to every cooking item you might need. We made a full Sunday roast dinner with Yorkshire puddings for 13 of us. Plenty of parking. Warm, cosy accommodation, great spaces, rooms. Downstairs toilet plus another in shared bathroom and a third in en-suite bedroom, so no issues. Logs available for the wood burner fire and to heat the hot tub. Even catered for the dog, poo bags and treats! Couldn't find any negatives at all. Just note sat nav takes you to the farm, you need to pass that entrance by 100yards (nearer Rudston), it's signposted as the Farmhouse. Drive right down concrete drive then onto cobbles, open gate and drive up to side of house.

We stayed here for our 30th birthday celebration weekend! we had an amazing time and the host was very accommodating! We were greeted with a homemade cake upon arrival which was a lovely touch!

We stayed as a group of 6 adults and 6 children. The house was more than big enough to give us all space. A lovely well equipped house in a quiet, peaceful location yet close to nearby towns. The hot tub was a real bonus, with wood and firefighters all supplied. Clean and well maintained. A pretty courtyard and lovely large garden so lots of outdoor space too.The welcome gift was a lovely touch. The large room at the top of the house is huge! The children all loved it!
