For an extra effect, a twin bedroom brings a contemporary feel and has Jack and Jill access to the family bathroom. Explore the area of Talybont which rests between Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, home to a charming pub. The village is steeped in history, with an annual agricultural show and plenty of rural walking routes to fulfil your afternoon. With the sea front delights of Aberystwyth close by, from museums to restaurants, you are guaranteed a memorable stay all year round.

The village of Talybont offers two pubs in the local area; Y Llew Gwyn (The White Lion) and Y Llew Du (The Black Lion) well worth a visit. The village is also home to a garage, a pharmacy, a hairdressers and a spar convenience store. The village is orientated around mining and woolen mills and is currently known as the base of leading Welsh publisher, Y Lolfa, which produces Welsh fiction and factual titles. You cannot miss the mural by local artist Ruth Jên of Welsh heroes and characters situated in the centre of the village. Aberystwyth is nearby and has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, here you can also visit the steam railway!
