The property is well located near to Rest Bay Porthcawl with great walking and golf very close to hand. The property is well equipped and the owner responds to contact very promptly. Very clean and spacious.

30 Locks Lane is a very nice cottage/bungalow, it is very pet friendly, back garden is very secure for dogs and visitors. We were very comfortable for the 3 weeks we had. Porthcawl is very pleasant and property is very handily placed for walking above Rest Bay. We have already booked for 3 weeks next year. Says it all really
