If you can tear yourself away, the town of Saundersfoot hosts an abundance of pubs and restaurants such as The Stone Crab, Kookaba Restaurant of The BoatHouse, where you can treat your loved ones to a hearty meal; or head to the breath-taking Blue Flag beach if you’re seeking a tranquil place to sunbathe. For avid walkers, explore the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which begins in Amroth or visit the National Trust owned Colby Woodland Garden where you can meet the local wildlife. Further afield, the harbour town of Tenby is a must-visit for history buffs, home to the Tudor Merchant’s House and the remains of Tenby Castle, as well as St. Catherine’s Island and Fort which is located at the foot of Castle Beach. All of this and more awaits in Pembrokeshire at 4 Brookdale.

Saundersfoot, a vibrant fishing community, is 3 miles from Tenby and is idyllically located at the bottom of a forested valley on the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast. The community has a wide variety of shops, bars, and eateries, and the picturesque harbour offers sailing and fishing options. Beautiful, sandy Blue Flag beaches provide an excellent location for leisurely swimming, and the 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path, which starts in Amroth, is a great option for walkers. Go to Tenby, a charming seaside town with historic walls, world-class beaches, and boat tours to the monastery Island of Caldey. This is a great location for a wonderful vacation because Folly Farm's amazing vintage funfair, Blue Stone, and Oakwood Theme Park's thrilling rides are all nearby and easily accessible.

Beautiful beaches, great location, and if your a Harry Potter fan the Freshwater west beach is a must to visit.

The house was in immaculate condition and the garden was ideal and fully enclosed for our dog. Ideally situated as a base for touring the Pembrokshire attractions.

Modern, clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. There is also a good sized enclosed garden. The house is well located for exploring the area, just about 10 minutes drive to Tenby. We walked to Tenby along the coast path and got the bus back, but be aware that the coast path is very hilly so good footware is needed. We also did a cruise round Skomer and Skokholm islands to see the puffins, which was a wonderful day out. There is so much to do in this area and we would love to return. We can recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to explore south Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.
