One of the showers didn’t work, the lounge tv kept losing sound and we didn’t have keys to the patio/balcony doors so couldn’t open them fully. One of the dining chairs was covered in crumbs when we arrived and there was no bag for recycling glass/plastic. The property would benefit from a bit of weeding/pruning as well. On the whole the property was very comfortable, well located and had everything we needed. We would stay there again. The service and communication from Powells was excellent. We will definitely recommend Powells and Ty Glas to friends and family.
