Lovely remote location and ideal for anyone who wants to get away from it all. Beware there are free range chickens with full access to the 'private gardens' meaning you may need to supervise your dog and keep it on a lead at all times. I have a small car and could get down the track to the cottage with no problems, it's a great peaceful getaway.

The cottage was nice but the worry of further damage and cost to our car when coming in and out of the property meant we could relax so ended up returning home the day after arriving. We paid for bed linen and had to hunt for it to make the bed up and discovered that no bottom sheet had been provided so we had to sleep on top of the quilt. The duvet set was washed out and well worn.

This property is amazing but if you cannot be without WIFI or TV this is not for you. I was slightly apprehensive regarding the lack of IT but to be quite honest didn't miss it one little bit and even though I took a DVD playing laptop in case we needed it, it stayed in the car. The cockerel is an impressive chicken and due to the fact we used to have chickens his wake up call was a welcome feature. Opening the curtains to the bird life was wonderful. Cant thank you enough for the perfect stay. Can't wait to return
