With Bodmin moor on the horizon and the fabulous North Cornish coastline only 15 minutes away you will be spoilt for choice of places to visit.
Our detached lodges are set in the beautiful grounds and you can choose from a Brookview lodge with views across the wildlife pond or Meadowview lodges with elevated verandas looking straight across the valley and surrounded by meadow.
Our Brookview lodges have 2 bedrooms, one double plus a twin (no.3) or bunks (no.1 & no.2) and a triple aspect living room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath or a shower room (no.1). The kitchens are modern shaker style (no.3) or pine kitchens (no.1 & 2) and have built in ovens, ceramic hobs and all that you would expect for a self catering kitchen.
Our Meadowview lodges also have 2 bedrooms, one double plus a twin (no.1 & 2) or bunks (no.3 or 4). The bathrooms has a shower over the bath in all lodges except for no.4 which is a bath only.
The kitchens are modern shaker style kitchens with built in ovens and ceramic hobs and stainless steel hoods. You will enjoy the triple aspect and the floor to ceiling glass frontages with sliding door leading to the south facing veranda.
All lodges have wooden patio furniture and charcoal bbqs.
There is a games room on site with table tennis, pool table and comfy chairs for the spectators. There is also a 1/2 acre of meadow which doubles up as a pitch 'n' putt so you can try your hand at mini golf. The nature trail on site starts just below the outdoor children's play area and you can wander along 1/2 mile of sheltered trail to the second wildlife pond.
For a real treat and a small additional cost you can book private sessions in our site hot tub which is situated in the original waterwheel pit. We also have a swim spa which is always popular- try your luck at swimming against a never ending current!
With loads of places to visit you will be able to enjoy the legendary castle at Tintagel, the popular destination of Port Isaac where you might even spot DOC MARTIN, the harbour village of Boscastle or the rugged coastline of the North coast.
