Situated in the heart of the village of Two Dales, conveniently located for many local walks and only 10 minutes to either Matlock or Chatsworth/Bakewell at the heart of the Peak District.

Brookside Cottage is a little deceptive from the outside but there is plenty of space once you enter this beautiful property.

Fully equipped kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher, Freezer, Washing Machine, Electric Oven with gas hob. The living area has a sofa and television along with a large feature fireplace with gas stove. A beautiful modern white dining table can seat up to ten guests.

A downstairs shower room is available.

Another separate lounge has seating again for ten guests with two 4-seater settees and two armchairs. Enjoy the 52" television with full sky package along with free Wi-Fi.

Upstairs you will find three separate bedrooms (two doubles with king size beds and one triple with three single beds) all having their own en-suites.

Outside you can enjoy a BBQ on the patio. Steps rise to two terraces grassed areas. Private parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

Brookside Retreat is located next door to Brookside Cottage and the accommodation sleeps 2. The perfect romantic gateaway or additional couple to stay with a family at Brookside Cottage.

Inside the cottage, there is a sizeable, well-equipped kitchen and sitting room which has a feature fireplace with a gas fire, 2 three seater sofas and television. Outside, to the rear of the property is a private patio and grassed area.
