Magnolia Lodge is a cedar clad property, on one level, situated within the grounds of our 10 acre small holding, just 3 minutes from the A38, Devon Expressway.

Its location makes it an ideal base to visit the English Riviera, South Devon and its Beaches, Dartmoor, and the cities of Exeter and Plymouth. Facilities on our door step include Stover Golf Club and Stover Country Park. There's also a wealth of National Trust Properties near by too.

The lodge has a spacious, contemporary interior which sleeps 5 (+ cot)

Lounge/Diner; open plan (42m2), with oak floor and contemporary Faber wood burner, ideal to curl up in front of during the winter months, with granite hearth, 2 comfortable leather sofas, sofa bed and oak dining furniture. 40" Smart TV, Sky TV, wi-fi. Patio doors leading directly onto the enclosed garden, which is perfect for BBQs. It also benefits from our "hideaway" an outdoor seating area for up to 6. With a little imagination you can be in your very own, gin bar, tea room or kids playhouse.

Kitchen; joins the open plan lounge and is well appointed with all mod cons; a Stoves 900cm dual-fuel range cooker and extractor, built in fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washer-dryer (an iron and ironing board are also provided) 1.5 bowl sink, oak topped breakfast bar, bar stools and travertine floor tiles.

Master Bedroom 1 with Ensuite; 5ft queen bed, fitted wardrobes with plenty of drawers and shelving for clothes, full length mirror, TV, DVD & hairdryer. The room is fully carpeted.

Ensuite; Walk in shower, basin vanity unit, mirror with lighting & shaver point, WC, heated towel rail, extractor fan and travertine floor tiles.

Second Bedroom; Zip & link beds which can be arranged as either 6ft Super King or 2 twin 3ft beds. Fitted wardrobes with shelving and full length mirror, chest of drawers, smart TV & DVD Player and fully carpeted

Both bedrooms can accommodate a travel cot (which can be provided on request)

Spacious Family Bathroom; Carronite bath & shower over, heated towel rail, extractor fan, basin vanity unit, WC and travertine floor tiles.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate the 5th guest.

Entrance Porch with useful space for coats and wellies! Leading out to the garden with "hideaway" hut. Washing Line and shed providing storage for bikes, surf boards etc. In the Shed you'll find buckets and spades, crab lines, fishing nets, bats & balls etc ideal for a trip to the beach or pond dipping. The lodge also has a dedicated car parking space plus additional parking for a further 3 cars.

The property benefits from central heating & wifi.

This is a non-smoking property and small, well behaved, dogs are accepted by arrangement.
