Designed with comfort and style in mind, the villa combines contemporary interiors with inviting outdoor spaces, including a private swimming pool and sunlit terrace, ideal for up to six guests.
Days here are best spent outdoors, starting with a morning swim or coffee on the terrace as the Adriatic air rolls in. The poolside loungers offer a relaxed spot to unwind, while the table tennis setup brings a playful edge to afternoons in the sun. Evenings centre around the covered dining area, where the traditional Dalmatian barbecue sets the scene for relaxed meals and long conversations as daylight fades.
Inside, the open-plan living space is bright and well-proportioned, with large patio doors connecting indoors and out. Villa Aneira is set in the village of Gata, around six kilometres from the centre of Omiš, offering a peaceful base within easy reach of the coast. The village itself is home to a handful of local restaurants serving regional dishes, while the nearby Cetina River provides opportunities for rafting, kayaking, and other outdoor activities.
Omiš combines seaside charm with a lively atmosphere, known for its mix of beaches, history, and adventure. From here, you can spend time by the water, explore the old town’s narrow streets, or take part in activities such as zip-lining, canyoning, and boat trips along the river. The town’s past is still visible in landmarks like the Mirabella Fortress, just above the main square, and the hilltop Starigrad Fortress, which rewards those who make the climb with wide-reaching coastal views.
Beyond Omiš, the Dalmatian coastline offers plenty to explore. The landlords were extremely nice and accommodating. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. You have a pool, table tennis table, a few TVs, a table football table, well-functioning air conditioning and much more. A secure gate and high wall provide privacy.

Great villa in a peaceful location and within a 15 minute driving distance of Omis and all this town has to offer. Gata is the perfect location to enjoy the activities that the Cetina river has to offer. Ivo the host was friendly and always responsive to messages. The villa was clean

The accommodation is very suitable for families with children. We are a family with 4 children and all 4 of them had a great time and so did we as parents :) The house is beautifully and modernly furnished. Each room has its own air conditioning and TV. And there are 3 bathrooms. Lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi. Football table and ping pong table are also provided. It was also nice that there was a washer and dryer. There were also plenty of towels. in short, you really have everything you need. In the kitchen you also have everything you need. There are also 2 restaurants close to the house. Our host, Ivo, is very helpful and nice. On arrival he had filled the fruit bowl for us and there was enough drink in the fridge. One of the children had closed the door without taking the card from the door. We texted Ivo and within 15 minutes he was at the door with the key. Gata is a small, beautiful, quiet village In short, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!
