We stayed at Dalmatian Villa Saulo for a week with 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 5. The villa was absolutely beautiful, the photos don't do it justice and the view is breathtaking. The pool and the outdoor kitchen just added to the most wonderful holiday. Diana was the perfect host! Communicating with us before hand to make our trip as smooth as possible. She booked hairdressers for us for a wedding we were attending, a Croatian meal (definitely one not to miss) and arranged all of our taxis. She also brought us fresh produce, home made cakes and wine and surprised us with a leaving gift! If you are thinking of visiting Croatia this villa is perfect! A short taxi ride to both Dubrovnik and Mlini but also you are able to enjoy the quiet days and evenings in this beautiful location.

We stayed at Villa Saulo for 4 nights in June. The villa was exactly as described and exceeded expectation. It was immaculately clean and decorated to an extremely high standard. The design is contemporary yet homely. The 2nd kitchen outside is a wonderful addition with an inbuilt BBQ, sink, ice maker and professional glass cleaner. The pool is big enough, clean and well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds. However, what really makes this home stand out from the crowd is the astonishing view. Taking breakfast on the upper kitchen terrace or downstairs by the pool, it is possible to enjoy the most incredible vista. Sweeping countryside, rugged hillsides, cypress trees, houses dotted about, and a glistening sea in the distance. Diana's communication leading up to and during our stay was always responsive. She was extremely helpful and offered a wonderful suggestion for dinner at a local restaurant. She even even presented us with a bottle of wine, some fresh vegetables and a homemade cake which her mother made (delicious!).If you are looking for a villa with some privacy but still just a short taxi ride from Dubrovnik old town then this property would be perfect for you. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would like to thank Diana for being a perfect host.

Diana was the best host we have ever had - she went above and beyond to make sure we had a really special time at her beautiful house. The house itself is finished to an extremely high standard, thoroughly well thought-out, and situated in a really convenient location (close to Dubrovnik airport, 5 minute drive from supermarket / shops and near some lovely restaurants and beaches). Diana and her family are generous, lovely people, and even helped us book some really great places to eat as well as a walking tour around Dubrovnik Old Town. We would go back here time and time again - highly recommend!!
