Overlooking the striking Dr Franjo Tuđman Bridge, this modern two-storey villa offers a comfortable and private retreat for up to six guests. Surrounded by stone walls and set within its own grounds, the property features a shaded veranda, a raised terrace with a private swimming pool and well-kept lawns. With garage parking, air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, it’s a well-equipped base for a relaxing stay.
Inside, the villa is bright and contemporary, with a stylish open-plan living space that opens onto the veranda. Comfortable seating, a dining area for six and a fully equipped modern kitchen with island make it easy to dine and unwind together. Upstairs, three double bedrooms feature Juliet balconies with views of the sea or mountains, alongside a sleek shared bathroom.
Outside, the terraces are designed for enjoying the setting, with shaded seating, alfresco dining and a heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. A second lounge area, outdoor shower and lawn space complete the outdoor areas, offering plenty of spots to relax in the Croatian sunshine.
Villa Amora is set in the residential area of Mokosica, just outside Dubrovnik, offering a quieter base within easy reach of the city’s historic centre. Dubrovnik Airport is under a 30-minute drive away, and a nearby bus stop provides a direct connection into the old town, making it easy to explore without a car. Several beaches are within a short drive, including the well-equipped Lapad Beach, known for its calm waters and family-friendly atmosphere.
Dubrovnik’s old town is a highlight, with its medieval walls, historic landmarks and lively streets filled with shops and restaurants. Boat trips to the Elaphiti Islands offer opportunities for swimming and snorkelling, while activities such as kayaking, cycling and guided tours are widely available. You can also take the cable car up Mount Srđ for panoramic views or visit nearby destinations such as Cavtat, Lokrum Island or even Montenegro for a day trip.

The villa was beyond expectations. Great location with breathtaking sea views absolutely stunning. Outdoor space was more than adequate with great seating options shaded and unshaded depending on preference. Pool area was phenomenal larger than expected and big enough to accommodate all 6 guests with 6 sunlounges provided. Pool bathroom and shower very handy. Inside the facilities were phenomenal. Very modern and exquisitely clean. 2 fully equipped bathrooms with more than enough towels for the stay. Kitchen had everything we could possibly require and even provided some complimentary beers very appreciated. Cleaning supplies, coffee etc all provided. AC systems throughout were perfect. Everything was beautiful, modern and spotless couldn't recommend more. Location great with local supermarkets and restaurant within 5 mins. €20 taxi to Dubrovnik city centre very central. Our villa contact, I believe his name was Ivan, was unbelievably helpful with lots of tips and very informative shout out to him!

It is very well equipped and has amazing sea and mountain views. We enjoyed evening drinks on our terrace looking across the bay to the spectacular Bridge. We were quite high up but the sea was easily reached by a 70 metre footpath. The accommodation is very good and the small pool is excellent. Villa is situated in a very pleasant quiet residential area but it was easy to reach Dubrovnik by bus or taxi. There were good local shops and restaurants.

The villa was perfect, great air-conditioning and a nice clean pool area. The neighborhood is peaceful and the outdoor terraces were comfortable. The house had everything necessary and more. Overall a very lovely experience.
