This peaceful part of southern Dalmatia offers a slower pace than many of Croatia's better-known resorts, with a waterfront promenade, local restaurants and easy access to the sea.

Blace lies at the edge of the Neretva Delta, an area of rivers, wetlands and farmland known for its boat trips, birdlife and citrus groves. It's also a popular destination for watersports, particularly kitesurfing and kayaking, thanks to the calm, shallow waters nearby.

For those keen to explore further afield, the villa is well placed for discovering the wider region. The historic town of Ston, famous for its medieval walls and oyster farms, is within easy driving distance, while the Pelješac Peninsula offers excellent wineries, beaches and walking trails.
