This stunning stone villa is situated in an elevated hillside location in a beautiful setting near Trget bay on the east Istrian coast. Villa Gelice boasts stunning countryside and coastal views and was renovated to create a comfortable yet traditional holiday villa in Croatia. 

Villa Gelice can accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms, split over two levels. All the rooms are tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences expected in a holiday villa. Its traditional style, featuring reclaimed stone and oak beams, gives the villa a very special atmosphere, blending comfort and luxury.

The outdoor space is amazing with a stunning private swimming pool and sun loungers to soak up the sunshine. There is also a dining terrace, perfect for dining al fresco at any time of the day. The villa also boasts a large lawn garden and a children’s playground, complete with a slide, two swings, a sandpit, a climber, and a playhouse.

Villa Gelice is a stunning stone villa situated on a hillside in a beautiful setting near Trget Bay, on the east Istrian coast. Close to the villa, you can find the small bay of Trget offering a typical Croatian restaurant and local amenities.

You will find all the facilities you may need in the charming town of Labin (12km). Make the most of your visit by heading to the narrow, winding lanes of the old hilltop town, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Kvarner coast and admire the rich Istrian heritage, featuring beautiful villas and Venetian palaces.

Just slightly further is Istria’s largest beach resort, Rabac (16km), formerly a fishing village with brightly painted houses on the steep hillside, and now a delightful spot for visitors to experience the delights of Istria. The town boasts pristine pebble beaches, such as Girandella, along with a great selection of watersports, including windsurfing, diving, waterskiing, and banana boats. If you visit in June, head down to the Rabac Summer Carnival when the town comes alive with festivities. Should you wish to escape the summer crowds, there are plenty of opportunities to head inland and explore the natural beauty and wildlife of this area, with many hiking paths available, such as a walk through the pine forests from Rabac to Labin.
