Šibenik and the UNESCO-listed town of Trogir are both within easy reach for day trips.Villa Elliana is located around twenty minutes from the coastal town of Rogoznica, a popular destination known for its clear waters, attractive beaches and lively marina. With its historic centre, scenic promenade and wide choice of restaurants and cafés, Rogoznica offers plenty to explore both day and night. Closer by, Ražanj is another scenic town worth exploring, only a short ten minute drive from the villa.
One of the area’s best-known sights is the Dragon’s Eye Lake on the Gradina peninsula, a dramatic saltwater lake surrounded by steep cliffs, woven into local legend. For those interested in diving, the nearby “Museum in the Sea” marks the site of a historic shipwreck, now a protected underwater attraction suitable for experienced divers.
The unesco-listed town of Trogir is around a 30-minute drive away and makes an excellent day trip. Visitors can explore medieval streets, historic landmarks, waterfront promenades and nearby beaches along the Trogir Riviera, combining culture with time by the sea. For a day trip, unesco-listed Split is an hour's drive away, famous for its stunning architecture and roman remains including Diocletian's palace.

We loved Villa Elliana! Spotless and clean, very stylish, lots of beautiful touches and four huge comfy beds with four amazing bathrooms! The pool was gorgeous and the hot tub was perfect for winding down in at the end of the day. We loved Trogir and Primošten, both a short drive away. 5 stars - and thank you to Oliver’s Travels and our wonderful host!
