Villa Nisa is in an elevated position enjoying beautiful views of the Ionian Sea. While the villas are peacefully located in the picturesque village of Spanochori, they are just ten minute drive away from the town of Lefkada. The villa is part of a small family-run complex of five villas.
Inside, on the ground floor, the luxurious 3-bedroom villa boasts spacious open-plan living and dining accommodations with air conditioning and Wifi throughout. The fitted kitchen boasts granite surfaces and is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Also on this level is a bathroom and double bedroom. Upstairs is the second double bedroom with patio doors leading onto a balcony and a further bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The villa also features a separate studio with its own entrance and private bathroom accommodating two more guests.
Outside, there is plenty of space to enjoy, with a large garden and private swimming pool with separate children's pool area. A veranda covered with a wooden pergola, comfortable furniture and a barbecue complete the pool area.

The VillaVilla Nisa built of stone, has two-stories and accommodates up to 6 with the separate studio. It sits in a cluster of private family run villas and has its own large pool and a small children's pool.
