Milos Beach Aphrodite is the perfect villa to escape reality and really get away from it all. Situated in the hillside above Milos Beach, the villa boasts beautiful views. It is part of a small complex of three villas, located close to the village of Agios Nikitas where bars, restaurants and amenities can be found. For those that want to further explore the island, the capital, Lefkada, is still only a short car distance away.

Inside, the modern 2-bedroom villa benefits from Wi-Fi and ceiling fans and is configured over three floors helping guests make the most of the views. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. There is a useful sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate a further two guests. Upstairs, on the first floor is a second twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. An internal staircase from the lounge leads to the second twin bedroom which benefits from an ensuite bathroom complete with jacuzzi and gorgeous views of the swimming pool.

Outside, the villa has a spacious veranda with a large private pool from which views of the sea can be enjoyed. There is also a seating area which comfortable furniture which is perfect for alfresco dining.

*The villa can sleep up to 6 guests, 2 guests would have to stay on the sofa bed in the lounge.

The villa has a priviledged position just above the Milos beach with a private path /

steps down to the beach, otherwise people need to walk from nearby Agios Nikitas.

Agios Nikitas is a small, picturesque village on the northwest coast of Lefkas (Lefkada), an island in the Ionian Sea connected to mainland Greece by a causeway. Characterised by its charming pedestrianised centre, whitewashed houses, and laid-back atmosphere, the village remains one of the island’s most attractive destinations for visitors seeking an authentic yet accessible coastal experience. Agios Nikitas has managed to retain much of its traditional character, avoiding the overdevelopment seen in other parts of the Greek islands while still offering essential tourist infrastructure like tavernas, cafés, and boutique accommodations.

Its main draw is undoubtedly the beach – a narrow arc of turquoise water fringed by golden sand and surrounded by low cliffs and lush vegetation. The beach lies just at the end of the main village street, making it easily walkable from anywhere in town. Though compact, the beach is sheltered and family-friendly, and visitors often hire small boats or kayaks to explore nearby coves and hidden stretches of coast. Milos Beach, a larger and more dramatic stretch of sand just over the hill to the south, is accessible via a scenic footpath or boat and is often cited as one of Lefkada’s best.

The surrounding area offers excellent hiking opportunities, with trails leading up into the hills above the village that reward walkers with sweeping views of the Ionian Sea and access to traditional inland villages. Despite its relatively remote feel, Agios Nikitas is within easy driving distance of Lefkada Town and other notable spots like Kathisma and Porto Katsiki beaches. It’s a location that suits travellers seeking a more relaxed, natural island setting without sacrificing comfort or connectivity.
