Storm Betty might be blowing through but you won't feel or hear very much. Beds were comfortable, the Sky box a very welcome surprise and the views mesmeric. The house was very clean, with a good level of equipment and it really is very spacious. We had a lovely stay. One word of warning. If you dry your clothes on the lines outside, don't let your washing drag through the long grass behind. You will pick up tics. We know this to be true.

We had a great time on the aran island hiring bikes and meeting the local people there. The house was fantastic great location and the view of the Atlantic ocean was gorgeous. The house was lovely and spotless and warm..The kids said they would definitely stay there again .

The living room has a double height ceiling which adds to the feeling of space. The bedrooms were very comfy ( apart from a lumpy mattress in the master suite ) and the en-suites were modern with excellent showers. Location was great with amazing sea views enhanced by beautiful sunsets. Just a couple of cons worth mentioning: the outside furniture was very rudimentary and uncomfortable, just picnic benches and no parasols which would have been welcome due to the very warm weather. Also, the electric shower in the main bathroom was very hard to regulate being either scalding hot or cold. Luckily we could use the en suites instead.
