Situated on a quiet road about 1⁄3 mile from Caherdaniel village with its pub, shop and restaurants, it’s a great option for six guests, looking for a little seclusion yet close to village amenities and the beach.

The countrystyle interiors are beautifully presented and offer spacious accommodation over two floors. The stone fireplace houses a wood burning stove, perfect for the cooler evenings and the exposed beams and wooden floors add to the cottagey feel. The well tended gardens come complete with standing stones and provide a lovely space for children to let off steam while you relax on the patio with a coffee.

 Pack up a picnic and head to nearby Caherdaniel, a charming village with a shop, pub and restaurants plus a fabulous sandy Blue Flag beach. Kayak in the gin clear waters, hike along one of the many walking trails or take to the saddle and canter along the sands. Visit nearby Sneem, just 12 miles away. A colourful village with six pubs, live traditional music and excellent restaurants. Spend a day on one of the nearby beaches, go horse riding and deep sea, lake and river fishing, all available locally….  A very special place!
