We recommend visiting the Bronze Age stone circle, just a 10 minute walk from the town centre, this is actually one of the largest stone circles in South West Ireland. Kenmare has even been cited as one of Europe’s most beautiful small towns by CNN Travel. From here you.re well placed for touring some of Ireland’s most magnificent scenery on the Ring of Kerry or Beara Peninsula.

Head to the peaceful glens and streams of Gleninchaquin for a picnic followed by a walk along the Kenmare section of the Beara Way. Holidays in Co. Kerry don’t get much better than this!
