On arrival the owner had kindly put some milk in the fridge for hot drinks and chocolate biscuits which were a much appreciated bonus! The property is spacious, beautifully clean, very nicely furnished and presented, comfortable and with a very well equipped kitchen including a full sized fridge/freezer, so great for self-catering although itâs only a 10 minute walk over the bridge into Killorglin with pubs, restaurants and take-aways. Good bed and bedding plus good quality towels and plenty of them. Very quiet despite being close to a main road and picturesque views over the river towards town. Only slight surprise was that we thought the property had off-street parking. Itâs on the street but a dead end. Even so, weâd definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

It makes a great base for exploring the surrounding areas of killarney national park and the Dingle peninsula. Although the house looks small from the front it has a large extension so can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Very stylishly decorated, comfy beds, large living area and kitchen. We will definitely be staying again.
