About this property

This well-presented detached cottage rests on the Sneem Holiday Village, just outside of the village's lovely centre, in County Kerry, Ireland. With welcoming accommodation for six guests, this high-quality holiday home is ideal for groups of couples, families or friends looking to explore this beautiful region of Ireland. Feel welcome within an instant as you step into the fresh and neutral interior. Head right into the peaceful double bedroom which is ideal for those with limited mobility as it benefits from the service of a spacious en-suite wet room, with thoughtful grab rails to make use of. The majority of your relaxing time will be spent in the L-shaped open-plan living area, warmed by an attractive open fire while also offering a TV with a Blu-Ray player, ample cosy seating, a dining table and a sizeable kitchen lined with refreshing wooden units and offering all that you will need to prepare those tasty meals throughout your break. The bright and airy first floor plays host to two further bedrooms, the larger of the two boasts a refreshing en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom has easy access to a delightfully tiled bathroom with a hand-held shower. A number of shared lawn areas surround the property, while the Sneem Leisure Village also offers an excellent playground for the children to enjoy. The centre of Sneem village is a short stroll away, a well-stocked place with a choice of pubs, bars and restaurants to fully unwind in. Beautiful countryside and coastline is available right from the doorstep, making this an ideal holiday spot for lovers of the outdoors. Be sure to take the trip to vibrant Kenamre, a colourful town around 17 miles away. An inviting cottage, perfect for that long-awaited break from everyday life.

Sneem is between Kenmare and Waterville, and on the Kerry Way. It provides shops, pubs and a number of tea rooms. It is on the Ring of Kerry and is known as the Knot in the Ring. A 10-minutes drive away is the Blue Flag beach at White Strand, whilst nearby Kenmare offers coastlines, winding streets and boutiques. Waterville has Parknasilla Hotel with its spa and golf course, and Derrynane Beach is also within reach.
