On the ground floor, you’ll find a sociable lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can dine together around the large, wooden dining table and watch TV from the comfortable sofa. Alternatively, enjoy some quiet time with a book in the bright and airy sunroom, or play boardgames around the table. Also on the ground floor is a fabulous games room with a pool table, table tennis and table football. Completing this level is an attractive double bedroom and a family bathroom. A stroll around Tarbert is like stepping back in time, with its narrow streets and historic buildings. History enthusiasts will be particularly interested in the old courthouse and jail, which has been preserved as it would have been in the 19th century. There are some lovely walks in the village, including the Leslie Woodland Walk which offers spectacular views over Tarbert Bay. The seaside town of Ballybunion, 9 miles away, has a wide, sandy beach, along with traditional coastal shops and eateries. Just 1 mile from Ballybunion is Bromore Cliffs – a stunning area for walking, with dramatic sea stacks and intriguing rock formations.
