Get back to nature when you vacation in the unique Casa Perevada, overlooking Lake Garda, in the north Italian countryside. This recently renovated property comprises four independent yet interconnecting apartments featuring a total of seven bedrooms. The villa can accommodate up to eighteen guests and would make an ideal holiday home for a large family celebration or a gathering of friends. The fifth apartment is a beautifully appointed shared space for everyone to come together to share meals and stories of their day. This sprawling three-storey house is set on five-acre grounds with a gorgeous lake view. There are ancient olive groves in which to stroll, lush green lawns on which to sunbathe, and a pool and hot tub where you can swim and relax.
Casa Perevada was lovingly restored in 2019 and retains its original stone floors and wood-beamed ceilings. The bedrooms all feature double queen/twin convertible beds, allowing you to configure the sleeping arrangements according to your guests' needs. All the kitchens are fully equipped with the latest appliances, including ovens and hobs, fridge-freezers, microwaves, and dishwashers, as well as those must-have morning coffee makers.
Step outside, where the gardens are the star of the show. Cushioned wicker sun loungers, squishy bean bags, and a hammock surround a centrepiece swimming pool. Take a dip in the eight-seater Jacuzzi, best enjoyed with champagne in hand. Meet for morning coffee and sunset cocktails at the soft seating spot before feasting alfresco at the sixteen-seater dining set, with dishes freshly grilled from the barbecue.
The unique Casa Perevada can be found in the heart of the countryside, overlooking Lake Garda, in the town of Salò, Northern Italy. Verona International Airport is a scenic fifty-five-kilometre drive through the Italian countryside to your holiday home. The town of Salò is a short drive away, and here, you will find supermarkets, shops for souvenirs, and welcoming cafés, bars, and internationally acclaimed restaurants.
Casa Perevada overlooks the western shore of Lake Garda, where you will find the longest promenade in Italy, with lots of pebble beaches, some with sun loungers, watersports including windsurfing, kiteboarding, kayaking, and paddleboarding, and live music events in the evening.
For culture lovers, visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria Annunziata, the Palazzo della Magnifica Patria, and the Salò Museum, which showcases the town's history. Go further afield to Verona, stand on Juliet's balcony, and visit her tomb before a night at the famous alfresco opera.
In the evening, stroll along the promenade, feast on seafood by the lakeshore, and listen to live music in one of the local bars.
