Can't say enough how fabulous this spacious apartment is right in the heart of Santa Croce district where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Everything you could want in Florence is in walking distance from the apartment. I started communicating with Anna a few weeks before our arrival. She was always quick to respond with any questions I had. Upon our arrival, we were met by Erika who helped us get settled in and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

We can't say enough good things about this apartment and our hosts! This beautiful and spacious apartment was more than large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 8 adults and the elevator was a plus for an older member of our family. Erika was very helpfulcheck in (we were 2+ hours late due to flight delays) to departure. The location is just a short walkall of the major attractions and restaurants, with a small grocery store located just steps away. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.
