Our family of ten recently stayed at this beautiful villa in Radicofani, and it was an unforgettable experience. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners, Luis and Paloma who had driven hours to welcome us. They shared so many wonderful details about the town and surrounding areas and were always available via WhatsApp for any questions we had. There were fresh flowers in EVERY room and bathroom which was such a nice touch. The villa is exquisitely appointed , with stunning murals in many rooms painted by Paloma. Nestled in the breathtaking Tuscan countryside, the location was perfect - a serene retreat with easy access to the quaint, welcoming town of Radicofani, which had fantastic restaurants. When we were trying to decide between the many villas we were considering, we chose this Villa because it was walkable to town and I'm so glad we did. After a day of excursions to other cities in Tuscany, we would return to the villa, relax and then most nights walk into town. The Bottega located in town made it easy for us to pick up groceries and we enjoyed visiting all of the little shops. Don't miss visiting the Fortessa. Our family hiked there and while it was all uphill, its doable for anyone in fair to good shape. Also, don't miss having lunch at the wonderful restaurant there. Its a spectacular setting with fabulous food. The Villa has everything you need and want, including a fabulous back patio area (where we spent the majority of our time) and a wonderful pool. While the kitchen is a little small its well appointed and didn't stop us from having a chef come in to do a cooking class to prepare an evening feast. We made so many wonderful memories here and can't recommend this villa highly enough! We hope to return someday.

I stayed here for a week with my family and in-laws, and it was absolutely magical. The hosts, both of the home and the nearby town of Radicofani, could not be more gracious and welcoming. The villa itself is majestic, 3 stories, 5 spacious bedrooms and each room with an ensuite updated bathroom. The air conditioning works amazingly (was 95+ F during my trip) but you won’t need it by opening the windows to let in the beautiful countryside scenes and breeze. It’s easy to watch the day melt away for hours outside in the yard or in the pool or on the patio, your choices are nearly endless. The town of Radicofani has enough history and character to satisfy a lifetime. I could not recommend this villa highly enough!

Nestled in the Tuscan countryside, Villa offers a harmonious blend of modern comfort and traditional elegance. The landscaped gardens, with dramatic tall cypress trees and colorful wildflowers, created a spectacular setting. The actual house was much more incredible than the pictures. For us, the highlight was the open pool area and ample shaded terrace. The grounds were pristine, with a (discreet) gardener arriving early morning, with pool maintenance as well. The villa had five spacious en-suite bedrooms with recently renovated bathrooms, combining a beautiful Italian villa with modern amenities. Clearly this villa was a labor of love. We are architects, and we appreciated the design and execution of the villa. Luis, the host was very attentive and responsive, allowing a seamless stay. He had personalized recommendations and was very accommodating with all of our needs. The family room provided a spacious space with ample seating and a quality TV offering Netflix and a variety of sports channels. It was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the region's vineyards and historic towns. This villa is a haven for those seeking both luxury and tranquility in the heart of Tuscany, promising an unforgettable experience amidst stunning landscapes and every comfort. We were a family of six from New Jersey. Our children are 28, 25, 22 and 17. It was more house than we actually needed. But what an incredible stay we had. Our children ran 3-5 miles everyday in the morning, came home and swam. Then they walked into town for their coffees and stopped at the Market to buy meats, cheese, yogurt and bread. We all ate something, then we took excursions to Pisa, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Siena, Orvieto. It was an amazing week.
