Waiheke Island is the largest island in the inner Hauraki Gulf, and combines the comfort of small town community with city life, as many residents commute daily to Auckland City. Oneroa, Little Oneroa, Palm Beach and Onetangi are white sandy beaches that are popular for swimming, surfing, and diving.
