Cerro da Vila is a captivating archaeological site that contains the remains of a stunning Roman villa with striking mosaic floors and interesting artefacts. The quiet location was once the place where the Romans established a permanent settlement that comprised of two large villas in 27 B.C.

Visitors will also be able to explore the ancient Roman bath-houses and a small on-site exhibition that depicts the history of the site.
