We just got back from our time in Madeira and cannot say enough about how AMAZING Villa Laurisilva is. The pictures are lovely, and the real thing truly looks like that (if not even better!) Such beautiful & unobstructed views. In addition to the clean and stylish space, Vittorio and Beata are such warm and wonderful hosts who were so helpful in giving tips for the more popular attractions, as well as local gems that we likely wouldn’t have ventured to on our own. They were quick to respond to anything that came up. The location is also nice - a short drive from some good restaurants and attractions. It is a little bit of a hike to Funchal if you plan spending most of your time there, but we enjoyed being in a quieter town! The drive seems to go by quickly with the stunning scenery. In short, the villa is an amazing stay on an amazing island! :)

The villa is absolutely amazing with a sensational view. All bedrooms are really well appointed and also have great views. The hosts were super helpful and organised which made our stay even better. Kids loved the pool and the cinema room. Most certainly will return to the villa.

We couldn't have chosen better - A real home from home. Vittorio and Beata couldn't have been more helpful. We had a great time and definitely plan to go back.
