Villa Dianai is the perfect spot for a luxe getaway. Located a short drive away from the renowneed Aroeira Golf Resort, this is a modern villa that welcomes the most distinguished guests. Spread over two floors, this elegant villa can accommodate ten people, with five bedrooms and spacious living areas to comfortably fit all guests.
As you enter the villa, you are overwhelmed by the incredible natural light that beams in through the large windows in the living room. This glamorous, modern room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, so whether you are all seeking respite from the sun and want a cool spot to read or whether it’s family movie night there’s plenty of space. There is also a separate lounge nook, with another television and comfy sofa.
The kitchen is separate and has a dining table in the room, perfect for creating and serving big feasts made from local delicacies. There is also a separate dining room that opens out to the outdoor dining area – so many dining options, so little time.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms; one suite with a double bed and bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a guest bathroom on this level. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms; two suites each with double beds and an en-suite and one master site with a double bed and en-suite, equipped with a Jacuzzi.
While the inside of this home is stunning, it’s safe to say the hub of this home is the outdoor area. Complete with a private swimming pool, large garden, bathroom (with a shower), table tennis, outdoor dining and living options and a barbeque … there’s no reason to go inside.
If you fancy catching some sun around the pool, there’s plenty of sun loungers and chairs. So, no matter where the sun is, you can find it. Meals can, and should, be enjoyed outside – sipping on fresh juices as soon as the sun comes up and enjoying a local wine when the sun goes down – bliss!
All of this is located just 4 kilometres from the nearest beach, Praia da Fonte de Telha beach. It’s also positioned a short drive away from the Aroeira golf resort, where you will find two 18-hole golf courses, four tennis courts, a spa, communal tropical swimming pool, playground, shopping area, supermarket, and restaurant.

This villa is located along the Lisbon Coast. This area offers crystal clear waters and beautiful beaches; from sheltered, secluded coves to what seems like endless sandy beaches. Not surprisingly, the biggest drawcard to this area are the stunning beaches, from fine sand resort-like spots like Troia to unspoiled beaches like Adraga; there is a beach for every type of holidaymaker.
This villa has an ideal location with everything you could need incredibly close. Less than 5 kilometres from the villa are beach bars and restaurants that specialise in freshly grilled fish and many offer terraces so you can enjoy your meal, local wine and the stunning sunset simultaneously.
This town has a lively atmosphere when the sun sets, with plenty of venues become nightclubs and live music bars come nightfall. The villa is also located close to some bigger cities for day trips; Lisbon is just 25 kilometres away and Setubal 40 kilometres. The closest airport, Lisbon Airport, is 30 kilometres away.

We had a lovely time at Villa Dianai - Miguel was absolutely lovely. The house had everything you need, space and tranquility. The pool is amazing as well as the pool house, BBQ area etc. The location is also perfect, with Lidl and Aldi not far. We used UBER the whole week and it was cheap and easy! Would highly recommend.

We stayed here as a family of 10 last week and it was a lovely villa indeed. Very spacious with plenty of room to accommodate us all. The kitchen and villa was very well equipped and was cleaned to a high standard for our arrival. Miguel the manager was really great. He was accessible at all times by mobile and whenever we had any questions, he was there to answer them. The children loved the pool and facilities. We thought we may need to hire a car initially but the UBER cabs were fantastic and so cheap and we were able to commute in and around the area even with short visits with them. Close access to local supermarket, beach and restaurants was a plus point. We asked for an extra bed which was provided and we were even able to check in a little early which was fab because of the younger kids. The only one thing which was minor was that even though there is no air con in the villa, it was fine. However on some days it was humid and fans were needed in the smaller rooms. We asked for these before our visit to be provided which were provided but we had to pay for the fans ourselves and had to leave them behind in the villa as we couldnt take them back to London. Which we thought as slightly unfair as this should be something provided for free to combat the humid weather by the owners. Other than that it was a perfect stay and a memorable holiday for our family. Thank you so much sangeeta

Just got back from a lovely holiday at the villa, facilities great, especially the glass fencing around the pool making it safe for young children. Excellent BBQ area and kitchen . Good supermarkets and beaches within a short drive. The weather got very hot in our second week making the villa extremely hot especially upstairs as the bedroom ceiling fan was very noisy and couldn't be used. It would have been more comfortable if there had been fans available. Miguel the manager kept in touch and answered any questions we had.
