Villa de las Acacias is a beautiful and modern villa in El Rosario, East Marbella. The villa has the added benefit of being within walking distance of local amenities as well as stunning sandy beaches. It certainly is a great option for a family vacation, as well as being suitable for groups of friends to use as a holiday home. The villa is a large and spacious location, both with the interior and the exterior.

The villa has a plaza-style entrance, where you enter through double antique style doors. The villa is a bright and light building, as it lets in plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows that offer beautiful views of the greenery from the landscaped exterior. The large open plan living area is a bright and elegant space with beautiful high ceilings. It offers plenty of comfortable seating in the corner where you’ve got perfect views of the exterior and sun sets in the evening! As well as several sofas in front of a television.

The ground floor also opens into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The dining room is an elegant and mature formal dining room with a neutral design. Thanks to the large glass doors in the dining room, this area also benefits from plenty of natural light. The kitchen also enhances the elegant atmosphere created by this holiday home, with its sleek, white and stainless-steel appliances and fittings.



Finally, on the entrance level there is a bedroom and bathroom. This room has large glass doors that let in plenty of natural light, as well as providing access outside. The room has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and additional storage. It’s great for anyone who wants to sleep closer to the living area or kitchen, or if you want to split a generation from the rest of the bedrooms.

When you go down the staircase to the lower level, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally, there is a TV lounge area acting as the perfect chill out area for all the guests. On the other hand, it’s the perfect location for children to hang out, watch tele and play games away from the heat or inside the property if you need them to remain inside for a period of time. It also offers a great opportunity for kids to occupy themselves while you prepare for the day, or everyone is winding down for the evening.

The bedrooms downstairs are all unique, with a mixture of beds available: ranging from kings, super-king and one of these has the option to be split into two separate single beds.
